On Thursday, November 20 the Meadow Brook PTA will be hosting our annual Soup & Pie Gratitude Luncheon to celebrate and appreciate our wonderful teachers and staff. This cozy tradition is one of our favorites, and we’d love your help in making it extra special!
We are looking for donations of:

Soups

Pies and desserts
-
Rolls & Crackers
-
Drinks
-
Paper products or serving supplies

Share Your Gratitude
Families are also invited to help us build our hallway Gratitude Tree! You can print a leaf using the link below, decorate it, write a message of appreciation, and send it back to school anytime before Thursday. These leaves will be displayed for staff to enjoy throughout the season.

You can drop off coats, hats, gloves, scarves, snow pants, and boots (all in good, clean condition) in the designated space in the MBE lobby. Families are welcome to take whatever items would be helpful — no need to donate in order to participate.
Holiday Shop & Hot Cocoa Social- 12/4

Join us for a festive evening on December 4th from 5–8 PM in the MBE gym/cafeteria!
Students can shop for special gifts at the Holiday Shop with help from our amazing volunteers. Enjoy warm cocoa, cookies, and cozy vibes at the Hot Cocoa Social. And don’t miss a special performance by our talented Music Makers! It’s a Meadow Brook favorite—fun, festive, and full of holiday cheer. We can't wait to see you there! ❤️🎁 Consider volunteering for a shift to help make this event happen!
