Volunteers are an important part of our Meadow Brook community, and there are lots of ways to get involved throughout the year. Whether you can help once or volunteer regularly, we’re grateful for your time and support!
New to volunteering? You’re welcome here! No experience is needed. Our committee chairs, volunteer leads, and staff will help you know where to go and what to do.
📋 Before You Volunteer
Before volunteering at Meadow Brook, please make sure you have completed the following:
1. Submit Your iChat Form
All volunteers must have a current iChat form on file for the school year before volunteering.

Our Visitor & Volunteer Guidelines help us keep Meadow Brook welcoming, safe, and focused on our students. Please review the guidelines before volunteering at school.

*When signing up for a PTA volunteer opportunity, you’ll be asked to confirm that your iChat form has been submitted and that you have reviewed and understand the Visitor & Volunteer Guidelines.
🏫 What to Expect When You Volunteer
When you arrive at Meadow Brook, please enter through the main school entrance and check in at the office. Bring a valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID and wear your printed visitor badge while in the building.
Your PTA committee chair, volunteer lead, or school contact will provide any instructions specific to your volunteer activity.
